Wojciech Modest Amaro won Poland’s first historic Michelin star in 2013.

He is the author of the bestsellers: “Kuchnia Polska XXI wieku”, “Natura kuchni polskiej” and “Heartmade by atelier Amaro”, a judge on the Top Chef Poland programme and host of the legendary show Hell’s Kitchen, as well as the founder of Forgotten Fields Farm, a farm dedicated to the restoration of biodiversity and forgotten varieties.

In 2020, Wojciech Modest Amaro received the Grand Prix de l’art de la Cuisine, the world’s most prestigious culinary award presented by the International Academy of Gastronomy in Paris to the most outstanding chefs whose mastery and creativity have achieved worldwide recognition.

 

CANA KITCHENS AT THE DINING WITH NATURE EVENT

On 14 September 2023, the Forgotten Fields Farm of Agnieszka and Wojciech Modest Amaro in Dębówka near Warsaw, hosted an event called ‘Dining with Nature’, organised by the manufacturer of CANA luxury garden kitchens. CANA garden kitchens and chef Wojciech Modest Amaro joined forces to promote the idea of outdoor living & cooking.
